"We always stick to our schedules and budgets. We never surprise clients with additional charges at the end of a project. We communicate changes and make sure our clients know the status of a project at every step. We build a client website to view all aspects of their project 24/7 from any location. If there is something that is going to cost more or is going to push the schedule back, we review that with a client and get approval before moving ahead." We also know clients want to be managed.
