I.D.E.A. has created an automated sales proposal on CD-ROM that gives sales personnel, on-demand proposal capability. The database and variable data driven program links each product to its base unit, accessories, options, etc. When "proposal" is selected from the Product page, the relevant items are called based on the product being quoted. Customized pricing of all products, pricing updates and even an area to add custom descriptions and pricing with automatic sales tax calculation are just examples of the application's features. The print out of the proposal includes company logo and information, photos of products all professionally formatted.
