I.D.E.A., Inc. has created a tool that supports clients in updating their website with press releases, documents, PDF, etc. The tool allow the client to post updates that are time sensitive and may be necessary any hour of the day - any day of the week. To support this update process, I.D.E.A., Inc. developed a secure posting application that the client site administrators use to post a press release by time, date and category, complete with headlines and body copy. The application monitors all scheduled updates and changes the site accordingly. Additional administrative features allow the site managers to view postings and make changes such as deleting outdated material, changing posting category, modifying posting schedules and/or headlines. The program can be easily modified to meet your company's presentation requirements.
